In Lichtenburg, N. Africa, a lion escapes from the trailer of a truck carrying it, and jumps into the street. The wild animal tore off the roof of the vehicle while it was in motion, and jumped to the ground before the driver stopped. Authorities were later able to safely retrieve the lion, who was found to have minor injuries.
