Perfect laminar water flow from a spring

In Val Camonica valley in Lombardy, Italy, a source puts water in laminar flow, shown completely static when recorded in video.

The laminar flow of a fluid is the situation where the fluid flows in parallel lines and all the particles passing through a point having the same speed. The flow rate exceeds the frames / second that can record the camera, and so the water in the video seems completely static.
