Motionless water

In this video we see an example of laminar flow (Laminar Flow) of the water, which in combination with the camera gives the impression that it is stationary. The laminar flow of a fluid is the situation where the fluid flows in parallel lines and all the particles passing through a point having the same speed. The flow rate exceeds the frames / second that can record the camera, and so the water in the video seems completely static.
