Carlos Briceno, from Deland, Florida, US, can be seen flying past the Art Deco statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in his wingsuit. The professional skydiver - who has 900 skydives and 800 base jumps under his belt - was over the moon to be hired by Red Bull China to perform the stunt. Wingsuit Fly-By Past Rio's Iconic Christ The Redeemer Statue Two extreme sports professionals undertake a daring wingsuit fly-by of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro. Norwegian Espen Fadnes and Frenchman Ludovic Woerth decided to attempt the stunt after drawing up a list of their dream flight destinations. The pair were ferried into position on trikes - the motorised hand gliders used to give tourists an aerial view of the city - before making the leap from around 2000m, with Fadnes flying below the arm of the iconic monument, and Woerth passing above it filming. The wingsuit fliers landed at a Rio roundabout in the early hours, before heading back to their hotel for a celebratory breakfast beer.
Urinating on a burning motorcycle Saturday January 20, 2024 in Santo Estêvão, Brazil, two men tried to extinguish a burning motorcycle with their own urine. The two men were riding a motorcycle on an avenue when the machine caught fire. They stopped and the passenger unbuttoned his fly, took out his lance and started spraying the bike with his urine, thinking he could put out the fire. The other man joined him to help, but to no avail, the motorcycle continued to burn.
