The two Russians Vitaly Raskalof and Vadim Makorof who had climbed the Tower of Shanghai a few months ago are returning, to visit this time to China and Hong Kong. In this video we see them climb on the roof of a very tall building to 'tease' a great Billboard. Once you reach the top, change the view to display the Billboard with the video of them climbing the Tower of Shanghai and add the message 'What's up Hong Kong?”.
