During this 8 hour timelapse, a cameraman filmed the rotation of the Earth, focusing on our Milky Way Galaxy. The camera was mounted on a Star Tracker, a device that rotates the camera in the opposite direction to the Earth's rotation, so that the stars in the sky remain 'stationary'. This allows filming the night sky in great detail without star trails. The video was shot on the island of La Palma.
