A BMW crashes into a traffic light at high speed during a police chase, on the streets of Bucharest in Romania. The driver who was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine, survived.

   He looked like he wanted to turn . You do not explain otherwise he lost control like that. Most likely cocaine made him want to enter the turn with handbrake but alcohol made him not count the speed.
