The excavator saves the bridge from collapsing but we Serbian people are so corrupted on so many levels that this thing didn’t surprise me at all. We will hire only an excavator but get paid for the dump truck as well. Hard to say this but all Serbia is a huge dump yard. 90% of El. power has been made in coal power plants. No recycling at all and pollution is one of the highest in the world. We don’t treat wastewater by any treatment we just released that in our rivers. So people around the world don’t be angry at us we are fucked up because we EAT OUR SHIT. Cheers!
