In the Chinese province Guizhou, A section of the G76 highway bridge collapsed in the early hours of Tuesday 24 June. The cause was a landslide caused by prolonged heavy rainfall. Authorities have not yet reported victims. The accident happened around 7:40 am. Local Time in Sandu province. Road traffic controllers noticed the deformation of the bridge structure before 6am. A little later, Traffic was interrupted in both directions, something that apparently helped to prevent tragedy. At the time of collapse, A truck was on the bridge, the driver of which was rescued. There were three vehicles from a nearby construction site under the bridge, and a drone survey confirmed that it was empty. Rescue groups were sent immediately to the point.
