On November 24, 2014 in Pavlodar city of Kazakhstan, a man observed the optical phenomenon 'Alos' (Halo) caused by the refraction and reflection of sunlight on ice crystals in clouds. The Halo can take many forms, one of the most rare is the creation of two bright spots on either side of the sun, like here.
