During his visit in Institute for theoretical physics in Ontario, the Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau Justin accepted questions from journalists, one of whom said “I was going to ask you about quantum computers, but…” implying that he could not of course know such a matter. However, Trudeau replied, the astonishment of all present.

   His answer doesn't say much... Take it easy. “I know about qbit, they have more computing power because they are not binary…” He says nothing else, really nothing. My opinion is that you don't set the question or if that is definitely forgot the answer!

         because you said that his response wasn't something awesome you explain it was unexpectedly good. The average person does not know what is the qubit, and the average politician is a lesser being than the average human => Justin has about a 0.5% chance of knowing what a qubit is AND 0.01% can explain so well and immediately. Statistics helps in clustering, to separate the good from the Junk.

           Or was very lucky because I knew about the subject (as someone who monitors scientific developments) or prepared, well, the Lord. My view on the usage statistics differs greatly from yours as just differ from the results of the same statistical studies in different time.

           'you tell the good from the bad' I thought it was a science of study and prediction through observation, We will give as much statistical power. When the measurements do not involve inanimate data, in real life the statistic is not enough.
