Greece: Millions withdrawn from ATMs – BBC News

As many as 1.5bn euros have been withdrawn in a week.

Surveillance video shows the elaborate theft, which took place earlier this week. The ATM machine likely held around $10,000 in cash.

On Friday, eurozone finance ministers will decide whether to release emergency funds to Greece. Without the funds, Greece may default on its debt payments in coming weeks and put its membership in the eurozone at risk. We go to Athens to speak with Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis.
