Water boils and freezes at the same time

Thinking about freezing and boiling as contrasting situations occurring at very different temperatures. However, under conditions of low pressure and the two can be displayed simultaneously, as we see in this video. What happens if a liquid is placed in conditions where the temperature is exactly at the melting point and the air pressure removed. Without pressure cannot remain in liquid form, but it is on the verge of melting and boiling, so you do a little of both.

    Fusion not boiling, i.e. melting. Melting point and freezing point (freezing) is this. Indeed immediately is striking the switch condition.
