   For most, the homeless person's position is a mess... so there is no reason to lift him... The only mitigation is that (by necessity, due to poverty) some homeless end up in 'crime' and passers-by are afraid of losing what little they have...while businessmen steal (infinitely more) in other ways, so there is no danger of them stealing whoever picks them up.

     Indeed. The 'Entrepreneur' (also blkwdis title, It's just a man in a suit) clearly falls from weakness AND stands there waiting for help. Homeless falls as if drunk or under the influence of drugs (hazard data) and shows with body language that's going to get up on his own (passers-by show interest but seeing that he gets up prefer to abstain).

         I agree with you!! Threat is not the jobless, the homeless, the poor immigrant,some time must be perceived by all this!! We are all human and we will all find ourselves in a difficult position at some point...
