During a soccer game (Kick Takraw), a player performs a spectacular kick. Sepak Takraw is a sport from Southeast Asia that combines volleyball, martial arts and acrobatics. It is played with a small, woven synthetic fiber ball. Two teams of three players compete on a volleyball court separated by a net, with one basic rule: the use of hands is prohibited. Players control the ball with their feet, the knees, their chest and head, often performing impressive somersaults. Very popular in Thailand and Malaysia, Sepak Takraw is now played in many countries and is noted for its speed and athleticism.
