A plane passenger captures on video some dangerously loose screws on the wing.

   Information, these are harmless. Where the plane has screws, on the inside it has slots for wiring, piping , or for inspection access to structural parts of the vessel. These hold the panel below which the flap handle is located. And them leaving does not make the flight dangerous. Like leaving the external gas cap in a car. In between the fighters have milled screws for aerodynamics. Rivets are used in all the seams of the aircraft. It would be dangerous to fly if rivets were shaking in the aircraft.
