On Thursday, September 2, 2021, was the first rocket launch by the American company Firefly Aerospace. Firefly Alpha rocket launched from Vandenberg space launch base in California. After 2 minutes of flight, the rocket went out of control and was then destroyed by remote control for security reasons. The rocket carried 10 very small satellites.
