While this short film by storyteller Jason Headley is an irreverently funny parody of the wonderful anti-bullying project “It Gets Better”, there’s probably a little bit of sad truth in the film as well.
A raccoon attacks a child Friday December 2, 2022 in Ashford, Connecticut in the United States, a 5-year-old girl was attacked by a raccoon while waiting for her school bus. Her mother, alerted by her daughter's cries, came out of the house and grabbed the raccoon by the skin of its back. Once her daughter was safely inside, she threw the animal onto the lawn. The little girl was bitten by the raccoon. She was tested for the presence of rabies antibodies.
A blind girl scores a basket Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Zeeland High School in Michigan, Jules Hoogland, a 17-year-old blind schoolgirl, scored a basket during a basketball game that brought together players with and without disabilities. In a free throw, aimed listening to the sound of someone hitting the base of the basket with a stick, successfully putting the ball in the hoop. A crowd of 2,500 students and staff adored her.
Large snowball fight in Washington A snowstorm swept through Washington and its region on Monday, January 3, shutting down federal services and schools, stopping buses, and accentuating air traffic disruptions. Nevertheless, this allowed the inhabitants to have a giant snow fight.
