     These videos are in police. The car belongs to drug dealers. Unless you mean it's someone who wants to trafficked small quantity of drugs.

       In the video shows clearly that it is police officers who make the control. If the car is owned by drug dealers (which is not shown in video ) pass. However ,of the amount having approximately 10g and that is without packaging , like that does not fit much more their crypt , xkathara shows that users are and nothing more. That's why my original question was how we know that it was merchants ? An enormous difference.
