The European Commission President seems to stumbles like a drunk, in the reception that marked the end of the NATO summit in Brussels. Several heads of state had to help him to keep his balance.

   Although Putin did not attend NATO summit, it seems they still served vodka as a digestif. Visibly, l’Europe (has like its president) can count on the support of Ukraine. This is a policy that reassures the taxpayer term defense.
