Totally Unprofessional behavior of the Police Officer...no attempt to arrest the woman...but only a defiant attitude to have an alibi to hit her....After the initial "pushing" of the female police officer there was no apparent reason for him to move towards the fallen "drunk ” of a woman the “organ”….and it is understood that immediately after the first aggressive move of the drunk, he should arrest her (immobilization and handcuffs)and all the rest simply would NOT have happened….
