Monday January 26, Russian firefighters rescued a cat in Volgograd city doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and using compressed oxygen.

A major fire broke out in an apartment in the area earlier. Firefighters found the cat unconscious in a stairwell near the door of an apartment.
