    Having seen the importance of enhancing the ability to work in a group and knowing how to resolve conflicts in the same, to provide adequate socio-emotional and intellectual development, one of the activities that we can use to work on said ability in children affected by ADHD will be explained. To develop this activity we must ask the children the following objectives : – Inquire about the concept of conflict. – Conceptually know the concept of Work Team. – Actively attend and listen to the proposed video. – Identify and analyze the different personality types. – Discover the nature of conflicts and learn different strategies to resolve them peacefully. – Know the characteristics of a good teammate. – Learn to analyze conflicts. – Practice non-verbal communication, coordination and cooperation. – Develop collective creativity.
