At the beginning of the course, ο Barry White Jr., an English teacher at school Ashley Park in Charlotte, North Carolina, make separate handshakes to each of his students (5th grade).

Every handshake is different, using movements inspired by the student's personality. Initially, the teacher began with one student last year, and then continued this year with several new students. The handshakes were then communicable and all students wanted to participate.
