Some background on his case: the charges Villegas is facing date back to 1993, when Armando “Mando” Lazo and Bobby England were gunned down in El Paso, Texas. Villegas was 16 years old at the time. He then confessed to those shootings, but later claimed he was coerced by an El Paso police officer into a confession. Villegas had a mistrial in 1994 due to a hung jury, then a conviction in his second trial in 1995.
Locked in a safe September 18, 2018 / California, USA My friend got locked in a safe. We tried scaring him by pressing random numbers but after several failed attempts, the system locked itself. This happened on Tuesday night at Academy. I soon called a worker and then came a manager. They couldn’t seem to get it open so they dialed 911. While they were waiting for fire and EMS to respond, they went looking for the manual. A police officer arrived and started questioning us about what had happened. They read the manual and it stated we had to wait 5 minutes before it restarted. Time went by and the fire crew arrived. We waited and then we managed to unlock it. The police officer took my friend's information and wrote a report. Fire and EMS checked him out and after he was cleared, we left.

Old Sports Car Versus New Occurred on April 22, 2018 / Modesto, California, USA I was leaving a cars and coffee event. As I was leaving in my 1969 Chevy Chevelle SS, there was a bunch of cars revving engines. There was a pack of new Camaros and a Coyote Mustang that followed me onto the freeway. One of the Camaro's caught up to me, passed me, and then slowed down right next to me as if taunting me to run. The passenger was telling me to hit it, so I dropped my car into second gear and waited for him to make his move. As soon as I heard his car and saw him move, I floored it, shifted into third, and let off. By that time, I was long gone. It seemed like he did not stay in it since my car left pretty hard. They eventually caught up on an exit. We gave each other thumbs up and went our ways. I'm sure it surprised them being since it's an old Chevelle.
Tram Jam Performance on Ski Hill Occurred on April 8, 2018 / Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA Tram Jam has been performing All Weather Mountain Music for 24 years. On Sunday, April 8, 2018, they performed at the top of the iconic Jackson Hole Aerial Tram, outside Corbet's Cabin, for the very first time. My kids and I came off the Tram to the sounds of live music and were surprised to find the band playing outside in the weather. Our timing coincided with a strong storm front moving in on the mountain, resulting in the blizzard conditions you see on the video that most bands and musicians would immediately walk away from. We were blown away by the tenacity and commitment of the band, and I felt inclined to film and post their performance in the blizzard for all to see.

Saving a Dog from a Semi Frozen Lake Occurred on January 5, 2018 / Midlothian, Virginia, USA Neighborhood kids knocked on my door and asked for help because a dog had fallen into our semi-frozen neighborhood pond. After attempting to reach the dog with a 30 ft ladder, Anthony Miller and I got the kayak from my garage and returned to the pond. Anthony got in the kayak and scooted along the ice until he reached the dog, Atlas, who was in distress and near complete exhaustion from trying to get out. Anthony used a noose from Animal Control to get the dog and drag him to the edge. He was placed in an emergency vehicle and given oxygen and warm blankets. After seizing several times, they tried to transport him to a nearby animal hospital. He stopped breathing twice and was given chest compressions by paramedics. When he arrived his temperature was so low it wouldn't even register on the thermometer. Under great care, Atlas made a full recovery and was reunited with his owner who had been desperately looking for him

So I saw some nice cars passing by and I jumped out of Starbucks for the 4th time and skated after them. I went up ahead to get some nice footage which is when a random Mercedes came out of nowhere and started a rolling burnout. I turned my camera on him and that's the video footage started. Afterwards, I followed the police, but they couldn't stop the car as he drifted down 42nd and got away."
