On February 27, 2025, an unexpected landslide occurred on Changchun Road Section 3 in Zhudong Town, Hsinchu County. The incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. when part of the parking lot in front of a residential building suddenly collapsed, creating a large triangular-shaped crater. A parked white car disappeared into it. Fortunately, no one was in the car at the time of the incident.
