Man who had spent 25 years in prison, finally found not guilty
(25) | 19/11/2018 | Translate: Daniel Villegas, now 41, returns to a courtroom for the third time to face murder charges. Some background on his case: the charges Villegas is facing date back to 1993, when Armando “Mando” Lazo and Bobby England were gunned down in El Paso, Texas. Villegas was 16 years old at the time. He then confessed to those shootings, but later claimed he was coerced by an El Paso police officer into a confession. Villegas had a mistrial in 1994 due to a hung jury, then a conviction in his second trial in 1995.

An autistic child neutralized and handcuffed by a security guard at his school This is the first 3 minutes of an unedited bodycam video that shows my 10yr old autistic son being mistreated at the hands of his SPED teacher and an SRO officer that works for Denton PD, Texas. The police report indicates that my son was a serious threat to others citing that he poked a kid with an eraser and was swinging a computer mouse around other children; however this is NOT shown on the video. Do you ever hear this officer try to talk to him or his teacher? He was not posing a serious imminent threat to himself or others at this time; therefore I believe this is excessive.- Fake police officer detained in Florida Man posing as a policeman , with his motorcycle and his lights, making use of an escort license to funeral cars . He has been through this several times, and apparently wanted to feel like a cop.

This 2 hour video shows the continued abuse of a 10yr old autistic boy where he has to beg to be released from handcuffs. This injustice was served by his SPED teacher that seems to have more interest in what is happening on her phone, the districts Behavioral Interventionist that obviously has no clue regarding autism since he forces this child to use his words, and a power driven officer that likes to threaten this child with handcuffs & take orders from the teacher. The district and police department continues to stand by there statement of 'no wrong doing'. This is flat out assault and civil rights violation of a disabled little boy. Next time, call mom first and tell her the truth.
- Patient policeman versus a very drunk and annoying dude Body camera footage released by the Spokane Police Department Wednesday shows how Sgt. Eric Kannberg was dealing with one drunken individual when another person approached him and intervened. During the incident, went on for nearly four minutes, Kannberg asked the individual to step away from him multiple times and, at one point, the man hit the officer's hand. Eventually, after running down the street, Kannberg caught up with him and took him into custody.

At times he was reported to have driven over chairs and umbrellas. Officers do not believe there are any injuries. The suspect was taken into custody by Clearwater Police on the north end of Caladesi Island. He livestreamed his drive on Facebook Live during much of the time.
- Bodycam Shows Fatal Police Shootout in Grand Rapids, Michigan The Kent County prosecutor says Grand Rapids officers were justified in fatal shooting of 18-year-old man during a gun battle earlier this month. Prosecutor Chris Becker released his decision Tuesday, along with dash camera and body camera video showing the May 3 shooting of Malik Carey. The footage from dashcams and bodycams shows officers approach Carey as he was seated in the back seat of a car on Dickinson Street near Kalamazoo Avenue SE. They were looking for him in coordination with Grand Rapids Public Schools because he hadn’t been showing up for class. Prosecutors say Carey gave a fake name, so officers waited to get a picture of him to confirm he was the person they were looking for. In the meantime, Carey and one of the officers chatted nonchalantly about Carey’s dreadlocks.

This happened on Tuesday night at Academy. I soon called a worker and then came a manager. They couldn’t seem to get it open so they dialed 911. While they were waiting for fire and EMS to respond, they went looking for the manual. A police officer arrived and started questioning us about what had happened. They read the manual and it stated we had to wait 5 minutes before it restarted. Time went by and the fire crew arrived. We waited and then we managed to unlock it. The police officer took my friend's information and wrote a report. Fire and EMS checked him out and after he was cleared, we left.
