Rescuing a Bumble Bee

I was riding a horse for my Friend Sandie. When we had finished we noticed her chap Leaf that helps her with the garden holding a bumble bee. Sandie went and got some warm sugary water and fed it. Leaf then went to put the bee under some shelter. It was a cold wet blustery day although the sun had been out. The bees were coming out but they had no energy. Or warmth from the sun . So it was lovely to be able to help one .

But deconcentrated by the flying object, she retreated, forgetting the basin of the fountain behind her. The poor fell dressed in the cold water of the basin. - Snapping turtle bites man twice Two friends went fishing in Burlington, Massachusetts last Friday hoping to catch something with artificial fishing lures. But two large snapping turtles hindered their progress. Michael Ganley and Victor Sanchez visited the local fishing spot. "I had my phone out trying to get slow motion videos of the snapping turtles in the water," said Ganley. "Of course they'll eat anything. I cut the barbs off of a fishing hook and caught a small sunfish. Then dangled it in front of a turtle and caught one," he added. Sanchez warns him, "dude, that thing will take your f***ing finger off," advising Ganley to be careful. Unfortunately, as expected, the turtle didn't respond too kindly to being caught, giving Ganley a couple of swift nips after it was pulled from the water.

- Rescue a dog in a frozen lake Harlem-Roscoe firefighters were dispatched to a call on the Legends Lake in Roscoe for a man on the ice trying to rescue his dog that had fallen through thin ice into the lake on Dec. 11, 2017. It seems the dog's owner found his dog in the water and tried using a kayak on the ice to get to him. About half way out he broke through the ice himself and was now in the water. First in units arrived on scene and Lt. Justin Mayton donned a cold water suit and firefighters secured him to a safety rope. He then headed out onto the ice with a second Kayak that was on scene. He reached the owner of the dog and the dog's owner was able to climb into the kayak. Mayton was then able to reach the dog and he and the dog were pulled back to the shore by the firefighters on the shore. A rope was also then thrown to the owner in the Kayak and he was pulled safely to the shore. The dog and the owner were warmed up in the ambulance and taken home.
