It’s the most important religious holiday of the year in Greece, a country where church and national identity are deeply intertwined, but habits have changed in recent years.Al Jazeera’s Barnaby Phillips reports from Athens.

Parliament member of the extreme left wing party SYRIZA, mr Giannoulis declared it inhuman to bbq pork next to installations of muslim illegal immifrants. In protest, Greek nationalists organized a pork & beer barbeque next to where are held illegal muslim immigrants. By the end of his speech he was hailed and applauded by the Greek nationalists and he even drunk a beer and ate pork with them.

Identity Crisis Identity Crisis is about the United States rooting its image in violence and intimidation. By persistently sustaining the largest military in the world we have accepted violence as a our primary solution; being not only viewed as the strongest country but also occupying this role is fundamental to Americans' national identity . In order for taxpayers to support funding the military, militarization must first be normalized in our homes, on our streets, and in our backyards. Once violence is normalized as a part of everyday life, it is a only short step to accepting violence as an inherent facet of human existence. Military food. NATO approved. MRE style. Greek MRE. This is some Greek military food a friend gave me. The cans hold a pretty nice meal. I like to gather this stuff and keep it just in case. Please note, this MRE is used by paratroopers in Greece, 7 years have passed since i reviewed this so it might have changed. Greek MRE's don't need a lot of calories, especially since Greece doesn't fight outside of the country and the Greek soil is fertile enough to produce a lot of food in times of need. The good and sunny weather of Greece also plays a role so you won't see "heavy" MRE's here like Russia or France or US.

Golden Dawn supports Donald Trump The Greek National Party, Golden Dawn, supports Donald Trump for President of the United States. Ilias Kasidiaris, party's spokesman and MP, in his last speech in the greek parliament declares that Trump is going to be the next President of the United States and that Golden Dawn supports his policy against illegal immigration. Golden Dawn (the third political party in Greece) is the only party of the greek parliament that supports Trump. Syriza and Nea Dimokratia supports Hillary Clinton, although Clinton's policy is totally against Greece, as Kasidiaris declares.
