Taser gloves GLOVE (short for Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter) are a special type of tactical gloves with an integrated stun gun designed primarily for law enforcement officers. Their main purpose is to enable effective stun gunning of a person at close range without the need to pull out a separate stun gun or weapon. There are contact points in the fingers and palm that, when activated, generate a low-voltage, but high-frequency discharge capable of temporarily paralyzing the target’s nerve signals. It works only with physical contact, which allows for a controlled intervention without endangering others. The gloves look like regular tactical gear, which makes them unsuspecting and immediately usable without the need to reach for another tool. They are used in close contact with an aggressive person, for example during arrest, stun gunning or defense. The goal is not long-term damage, but immediate motor dysfunction and shock, which increases the safety of the intervention for the officer and those around them.
