I then had to think fast what to make, it was 6-15pm, this dog puzzle was on my long list of ideas. I went with it as I thought I could just about get it done. Long and short of it, the project and the editing was thrown together! The edit took about two and half hours, finishing at 1-30am, record time!

On Sunday, April 8, 2018, they performed at the top of the iconic Jackson Hole Aerial Tram, outside Corbet's Cabin, for the very first time. My kids and I came off the Tram to the sounds of live music and were surprised to find the band playing outside in the weather. Our timing coincided with a strong storm front moving in on the mountain, resulting in the blizzard conditions you see on the video that most bands and musicians would immediately walk away from. We were blown away by the tenacity and commitment of the band, and I felt inclined to film and post their performance in the blizzard for all to see.

Afterwards, I followed the police, but they couldn't stop the car as he drifted down 42nd and got away."
- Primitive Technology: Natural Draft Furnace I built a natural draft furnace to test ideas about how hot a furnace could get without the use of bellows. Natural draft is the flow of air through a furnace due to rising hot air. The hot gasses in the fuel bed are more buoyant than the cold air outside the furnace causing them to rise. Fresh combustion air then enters the base of the furnace to replace the rising combustion gasses, keeping the fuel bed burning. This effect increases with: 1. the average temperature of the fuel bed relative to the outside air and 2. The height of the furnace. Two other important factors are the size of the tuyere (air entry pipe) and lump size of the fuel bed as these effect the resistance to airflow through the furnace. The furnace was tested with wood fuel and some ore was melted but produced no iron. High temperature were indeed produced (probably about 1200 c). These types of furnaces were once used for smelting copper and iron ores in around the world in ancient times, usually using charcoal as a fuel and in some cases wood too.

- 240 million years ago to 250 million years in the future This animation shows the plate tectonic evolution of the Earth from the time of Pangea, 240 million years ago, to the formation of Pangea Proxima, 250 million years in the future. The animation starts with the modern world then winds it way back to 240 million years ago (Triassic). The animation then reverses direction, allowing us to see how Pangea rifted apart to form the modern continents and ocean basins. When the animation arrives back at the present-day, it continues for another 250 million years until the formation of the next Pangea, "Pangea Proxima".
