A rally car finishes its race on three wheels During the tenth stage of the Rallye Monte-Carlo, French driver Stéphane Lefebvre lost a wheel when he hit a wall. - A train hits semi-trailer stuck on the railway September 6, 2018 / Chester, Virginia, USA Turned the corner to approach the crossing and found the tractor-trailer stopped on the tracks with the crossing guard down and the lights flashing. The driver of the truck and a passenger were in the cab of the tractor up until a couple of seconds before the train hit. A third person was already out of the truck. The train hit the trailer which must have cut the brake lines to the tractor which rolled off the road after impact. The driver emerged from the other side of the tractor once the train had stopped. No one, to my knowledge, was hurt.
- Potholes Cause Dozens of Flat Tires Occurred on April 3, 2018 / Indianapolis, Indiana, USA My husband, two daughters, and I were merging onto the interstate when we saw that traffic was slowed and many cars were off to the side of the road with flat tires. These were confirmed to have been caused by massive potholes. We didn’t hit any but counted over 20 cars on the side of the road.

He crossed the road on the transition in the headphones and therefore did not hear the sound of the approaching train and the loud signals that the driver was giving. The driver applied emergency braking, but the collision was not avoided. Arriving physicians hospitalized a young man. It is reported that he received a concussion, also he fractured legs and ribs."

I have had a lot of hit and run drivers too. My house was driven into in February, then my fence, and now this. Only one person had insurance.This is a chronic problem and now someone almost got killed. The city is not helping so far."
- 4WD rolled backward || NISSAN || 4WD Fails We had this video sent into us this morning and a ** warning as some viewers might find this disturbing ** Shows how quickly once again it can go wrong for us all off road. Very easy to pass judgement from a computer but in our opinion if working the winch on the front of the vehicle should of been hooked up to a suitable anchor point and the wheels chocked to help prevent the 4WD rolling backwards. Driver remains in 4WD with foot firmly on footbrake in 1st gear.
Seems too much momentum was used when ascending the hill resulting in the typical bouncing of the front end and being thrown off line. We hope everyone involved was ok as this was a bad roll over. Please keep safe out there everyone it can go so wrong so quick.
- Repair Truck Causing Accidents 12/13/16 - One vehicle slide off hit a Comcast box in Indianapolis. Comcast repair trucks parked on the road and placed 4-5 cones at the bottom of the hill they were working at. This caused 5 slide offs. I personally warned another arriving Comcast truck of the slide offs and danger of parking at the bottom of the hill. He blew me of because he "had a job to do". Minutes later there was a crash because of the blocked lane. Multiple people were placed in danger. Even after the accident happened in front of them, they continued to work not changing any of their "safety" procedures. They showed ZERO concern for the safety of people before or after the accidents. People at the scene got out their own barriers and directed traffic while Comcast finished and left the scene.
