A biker avoids flying palettes I was in a rush trying to make it home before the storm, I'll admit I was following closely to the Mazda in front of me. Thank God the Mazda decided to camp in the passing lane instead of letting me pass or I would have been a lot closer to the flying skids. I also had just checked my right side mirror, so I knew I was clear to move for the shoulder. This could have been a lot worse.

She was outside by herself, but her Dad works from home with a window facing the front and the temperature was in the high 50s today. She is extremely loved and spoiled at home and her family desperately wants her back. Please keep an eye out for this person and this truck, and let us and the police know if you have any information about where she is. And please share this video so others who might know where she is can see it. Thank you.
Baby Sloth Rescue in Costa Rica Occurred on January 15, 2018 / Morgans Jungle Lodge, Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica We own an eco lodge in a remote section of Costa Rica. Our guest told us of a baby sloth that they saw about a half mile down the beach on the rocks still alive. We ran down to find it before it died and scared off a couple of dogs who were about to run up on it. We found the rare, young, 2-toe sloth that survived the high tide and a storm overnight. It was wet with salt water and had sand in its eyes. It appeared tired and scared and began to cry out to us as we approached. With no adult sloths in site we carefully placed him in a box with a towel then took him back to the lodge and rinsed the salt water off its face. We then took the baby sloth to the animal rescue center at Tranquility just down the road. He seemed to be fine and happy to be dried off and safe.
