Driver Loses Control on Wet Road

“I installed video cameras on my house because when it rains people leave the street and end up in my house, yard, and fence. I have had a lot of hit and run drivers too. My house was driven into in February, then my fence, and now this. Only one person had insurance.This is a chronic problem and now someone almost got killed. The city is not helping so far.”
A train hits semi-trailer stuck on the railway September 6, 2018 / Chester, Virginia, USA Turned the corner to approach the crossing and found the tractor-trailer stopped on the tracks with the crossing guard down and the lights flashing. The driver of the truck and a passenger were in the cab of the tractor up until a couple of seconds before the train hit. A third person was already out of the truck. The train hit the trailer which must have cut the brake lines to the tractor which rolled off the road after impact. The driver emerged from the other side of the tractor once the train had stopped. No one, to my knowledge, was hurt.- Abandoning Dogs Occurred on April 13, 2018 / San Antonio, Texas, USA I was getting ready for work when I spotted a car at a dead end road removing collars from within the car. I put my shoes on quickly and ran out to the road and started recording the act. I am tired of people doing this continuously in the area. I recorded to educated and advise them to do the right thing. The woman in the video responded back for directions to the Animal Care services, and yet decided to commit the illegal activity as directed by driver who then backed out and back seat passenger flipped me off.

- MOTORCYCLIST CHASES HIT-AND-RUN DRIVER I was coming home from a long day at work and the gym. As I was approaching the 215 fwy I noticed a black car driving very erratic. I started to move over into the right lane and that's when he went into the WRONG lane and ALMOST hit head-on with another vehicle, side-swiping it instead and continued down 100 yards to hit 2 other vehicles. The black Mercedes sedan came to a stop while a Fire Marshall in the area called in for help. A few seconds went by and the driver of the Mercedes backed up his wrecked car and then fled the scene onto the 215 fwy going south
I made the split-decision to pursue the hit-and-run driver due to the fact that he appeared to be under the influence and might hurt or kill someone. Driver had tried to stop at different locations to hide. I chased the driver all the way to the city of Moreno Valley until he gave up near the Cottonwood and Frederick intersection.
CHP was the first on the scene along with a few Moreno Valley Police Officers. Officers had detained the driver until a Colton Police Officer came and arrested the suspect.

- Woman Detained for Smashing Her Range Rover on a Jaguar in SE China This video shows a white Range Rover smashing on a Jaguar parked alongside road for six times, with each time harder than the last one. The crowds can be heard cheering for each bump and encouraging the driver to “smash harder!” and “smash here!”
It was later on revealed that the video was taken on May 23 in southeast China’s Xiamen city. The woman driving the Range Rover, who fled the scene right after the Jaguar was confirmed to have been damaged, was later detained. The woman’s mum was reported to have involved in some financial disputes with the Jaguar owner, and the Jaguar owner parked the vehicle to block the Range Rover from moving out. The Xiamen police has confirmed that the financial dispute was related to a fraud case, and further investigation is underway.
