Songs With My Daughter – “Don’t Worry Be Happy”

Lydia sings to her Down Syndrome brother Bo “you are my sunshine” My daughter Lydia was watching Bo while I was in the shower. Came out to this. If she didn’t have a guitar I don’t know if she would know how to babysit him. This is her go to. It’s proof that music therapy works. Bo is 25 months old and has a 12 word vocabulary. Lennon's lack of movement and brain activity was a constant concern for the doctors and nurses at Loma Linda University Hospital, where he received the absolute best care available. During the pregnancy, Ashley would often feel Lennon moving to music so Chris asked if he could bring his guitar into the NICU and play for Lennon, which he did for several hours during the last days of Lennon's precious life. One day after filming this, Lennon went to sleep in his daddy's arms.

- When you’re driving and THAT SONG comes on She's only one year old, but she can already head bang like a pro! I should note that she's dancing to whatever song is playing on her toy. The Queen audio was added later because it had to be done. ;)
