In Japan, two friends embark on a seemingly simple mission: to retrieve a ball that has fallen into a canal. Bajikun and Pihoshikun first take turns trying to reach it with their feet, but without success.

Out of ideas, Bajikun decides to hold his friend by the belt so he can grab the ball with his hands. The plan seems ingenious… until, exhausted, he finally lets go. Pihoshikun then falls into the water with the ball still out of reach.
