The Komatsu PC8000 is a huge hydraulic crawler excavator, designed primarily for demanding surface mining operations and handling huge volumes of materials. It is one of the largest hydraulic excavators Komatsu has ever built and its design is optimized to efficiently and reliably handle the loading of heavy mining vehicles with a capacity of 240 to 400 tons. The Komatsu PC8000 is approximately 14 meters long, width 9-10 meters and height about 9,6 meters.
