Eric Kannberg was dealing with one drunken individual when another person approached him and intervened. During the incident, went on for nearly four minutes, Kannberg asked the individual to step away from him multiple times and, at one point, the man hit the officer's hand. Eventually, after running down the street, Kannberg caught up with him and took him into custody.

- A semi diesel engine starts and jumps in all directions This video illustrates what happends when these two stroke semidiesels run out due to too much oil in the crankcase. With my left hand, I block the injection pump, so from that time the engine run on lube oil only, no diesel at all. I have heard lots of stories about this from decades ago but this is the first time, to my knowledge, that it is captured on video. Luckily we had blocked most of the air intake prior to starting and ended at somewhat over 1000 rpm. Max operating rpm is 425-450. With full air supply, I would guess this engine would reach thousands of rpm and I could only guess what would have happened then...
- A dog with 3 legs pee This is Captain. He's a one-year-old rescued street dog from Romania. He and his siblings got their legs pinched off in an act of cruelty but animal rights activists luckily found him in time and nursed him back to health. He survived with three legs and now shines full of energy and joy. He runs faster than many of his four-legged friend. The little sunshine doesn't even notice that he is missing a leg and thinks he can lift his leg just like any other dog. And as you can see, he can!

Do you ever hear this officer try to talk to him or his teacher? He was not posing a serious imminent threat to himself or others at this time; therefore I believe this is excessive.
