A family had a close call during a boat trip with their grandchildren on the Henry’s Fork River in Idaho, USA. While paddling peacefully downstream, they stopped to watch three bull moose grazing on the opposite bank.

For about ten minutes, the animals remained perfectly calm. But suddenly, the three moose turned toward the boat, then charged toward them and crossed the river at full speed.

Despite the impressive charge, the children remained perfectly still and silent. As they approached the boat, the three moose changed direction at the last moment and continued on their way, without injuring anyone.
