The district and police department continues to stand by there statement of 'no wrong doing'. This is flat out assault and civil rights violation of a disabled little boy. Next time, call mom first and tell her the truth.

The police report indicates that my son was a serious threat to others citing that he poked a kid with an eraser and was swinging a computer mouse around other children; however this is NOT shown on the video. Do you ever hear this officer try to talk to him or his teacher? He was not posing a serious imminent threat to himself or others at this time; therefore I believe this is excessive.
